Terms and Conditions

We are absolutely committed to making your experience with us as pleasurable and perfect as possible. We love feedback as it helps us to make you happier.

We produce our flavours seasonally in small batches meaning that very occasionally a flavour may be out of stock. Should this occur we will substitute with the closest flavour to the unavailable one and promise that it will be as equally delicious!

Mail Order and Packaging

We always endeavour to ship to you at the cheapest rate we can. Postage and packaging prices are calculated automatically when you order based on the value of the order. More expensive orders are free of charge.

Please allow four working days for delivery in the UK although we will endeavour to ship your order on the same day if ordered by 1200hrs on a working day. Orders placed after 1200hrs will be shipped on the next working day.

Sale of Alcohol

Tipsy Wight^® do not sell alcohol to any persons under the age of 18. When you buy from us you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. 

Tipsy Wight^® will deliver your purchase through a dedicated courier company. Our courier is instructed to ask for proof of identity if you are lucky enough to look aged 21 or under. Please do not be offended, but we are required by law to ensure that our product is not sold to anyone under the age of 18. If proof of identity is not provided at the time of delivery your purchase will be returned to us and another delivery date will be arranged entirely at your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or, in the case of a wholesaler only, by phone:

• You are entitled to cancel your order if you choose to do so, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the date on which you receive the goods.

• If you exercise your right to cancel, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.

• You must inform of us of your decison to cancel by providing us with a clear statement, including details of your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel, and where available your telephone number and email address.

• You can cancel by email: ruth@tipsywight.com or by writing to Tipsy Wight Ltd, Medham Farm, Medham Farm Lane, Cowes, isle of Wight PO31 8PH. Wholesalers can cancel by telephone: 01983 299088.

• If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the origianl transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

Payment

We use the WorldPay payment gateway to process online payments. Worldpay are the world's leading and most trusted payment processor. We only accept British Pounds (GBP). Tipsywight do not capture or store credit card/payment information, all payments are processed via WorldPay's independent payment gateway.

Returns Policy

We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the conditions below are met:

• You are able to return the product(s) in question to us within 21 days of receipt of your order

• Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact

• Please send any return items to the following address, with a note inside including the name, order number and postcode of the original order: FAO: Online Returns, Tipsy Wight, Medham Farm, Medham Farm Lane, Cowes, Isle of Wight, PO31 8PH

• PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty. For faulty items we will resend a replacement at no extra cost and refund the cost of your original delivery.

Environmental Packaging Policy

At Tipsy Wight^® we are extremely conscious of the impact that packaging can have on the environment. That is why we are totally committed to continually sourcing and using environmentally friendly packaging wherever possible.

All our packaging boxes, (presentation boxes and delivery boxes) are made from 100% recycled and recyclable board, therefore contributing to reductions in carbon emissions and landfill waste. Please recycle our boxes in line with your Local Authorities recycling procedures. 

We endeavour at all times to use biodegradable, recycled and recyclable neutral pH crumpled paper to pack larger orders. This paper is biodegradable and can be recycled or composted.
