Wild Mint & Cucumber Vodka Liqueur

One of our most popular vodkas, a delicious combination of our own farm grown cucumbers and wild mint.

We use a blend of really unusual cucumbers that we grow ourselves and which are completely different to the long green flavourless varieties found in supermarkets. We use three different varieties, Sumter, Vectina and Alibi which are short and dumpy, covered in prickles and bursting with flavour. We combine these with wild mint from our woodlands which has a light peppery taste and delicate fragrance that compliments the taste of our cucumbers perfectly.

Cucumbers originated in India, and are actually part of the Gourd family of vegetables. Although almost 95% water cucumbers  are really good for you, and are rich in Vitamin C, folic acid, potassium and magnesium.
