All the honey in our Tipsy Wight Honey and lemon Vodka is made from our own beehives, nestling quietly on the banks of the River Medina, overlooking the beautiful setting of Whippingham Church (St Mildred's, where Queen Victoria's youngest daughter Beatrice married). Our bees forage for pollen and nectar in our own wildflower meadows and along the river's edge, producing a fragrant and delicious honey that we blend with fresh lemon juice.
