Our famous Elderflower vodka is made entirely from freshly cut elderflower blooms picked at there absolute best, when their perfect pale cream petals shimmer on the tree. We process them within an hour of picking to capture the delicate flavour of this fragile summer delight. Delicious served ice cold in our tipsy Wight shot glasses and absolutely perfect combined with Prosecco to create our famous 'Elderbubbles' cocktail. Chin Chin!
