We are thrilled to have been awarded a Highly Commended in the national Great British Food Awards today for Tipsy Wight Crabapple Liquuer. Judged by the UK's leading chefs they said this:-

"Golden in colour, this beautiful bold liqueur has rich notes of honey, toffee, roasted golden delicious apples and caramel on the nose. The body is rich and thick almost like dulce de leche, and the symphony of the apple continues, develops and evolves from freshly picked bramleys to a freshly baked tarte tatin, Overall a fantastic ripe fruitiness, and very impressive depth of flavour, with a long and moreish finish that well and truly celebrates the mighty apple. This would be brilliant over ice, in cocktails and in all sorts of puddings too."
